Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data Parkly collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• Your email address, to create your account and send you your sign-in codes.
• What you create: your song ideas or lyrics, and the songs and videos generated from them.
• Your plan and credits: plan, renewal date, credit balance and its history.
• Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. We only receive a customer reference and the status of your subscription, never your card number.

Why

To provide the service you ask for (creating, storing and delivering your songs and videos), to bill your plan, to prevent abuse, and to meet our legal obligations (for example keeping invoices). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Supabase — accounts and database.
• Stripe — payments and invoices.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Brevo — sending sign-in emails.
• Anthropic and Google — AI models that write, sing and design your songs from your ideas.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Union; transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses.

How long

Your account data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days, except invoices, which the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to support@parkly.fun. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Cookies

We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
