Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Parkly (parkly.fun), a service that creates songs and their animated videos with artificial intelligence. By creating an account or buying a plan, you accept them.

1. Your account

You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for what is created from your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent's permission, to use Parkly.

2. Credits

• A 30-second song with its animated video costs 5 credits.
• Each plan gives a number of credits every month. At each renewal your balance is reset to your plan's monthly credits: unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
• Creating a new version of a song uses credits again. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, by our payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Your plan renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then it stops renewing.
• If you upgrade, you pay the prorated difference right away and receive the extra credits immediately. If you downgrade, the change applies at your next renewal.

4. Refunds

Satisfaction promise. As long as you have made fewer than 2 songs since subscribing, and within 14 days of your first payment, you can ask for a full refund with the Request a refund button on your account page. We refund the payment to your card within 2 business days; your plan stops renewing and your remaining songs are paused as soon as you ask. This applies once per person.

Apart from this promise, because credits give immediate access to digital content, payments are not refundable once credits from that payment have been used, and you agree that the service starts immediately after payment. If you have not used any credit from a payment, you can ask for a refund within 14 days by writing to support@parkly.fun. If a creation fails because of a technical problem on our side, the credits are returned to your balance.

5. What you create

You can download the songs and videos you create and use them however you like, including on social media and commercially, as long as that use is legal. The music, lyrics and visuals are generated by AI models, so similar results may be produced for other users, and we cannot guarantee that a creation can be registered or protected as your exclusive work.

6. What you must not do

• Ask for content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or that violates someone's rights.
• Imitate a real artist's voice or identity, or pass off a creation as the work of a real person.
• Upload lyrics you don't have the right to use.
• Try to abuse, overload or get around the limits of the service.

We may refuse a request, remove content, or close an account that breaks these rules.

7. The service

AI results can be imperfect: lyrics, timing or visuals may contain mistakes. We work to keep Parkly available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or our prices. Important changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance; a price change only applies from your next renewal after that notice.
